REFUND POLICY: COVID-19 Related for FALL 2021

If your player's season is cancelled for COVID-19 related concerns by either the Club, Hamilton Township, NJ Youth Soccer, or the State of New Jersey, the following policy will be followed:

(1)If NO games are played and players HAVE NOT received their uniforms a full refund of the registration cost minus the 3% credit card fee shall be refunded.

(2)If NO games are played and players HAVE received their uniforms a refund of the registration cost less the uniform cost and the 3% credit card fee shall be refunded.

(3) For Weeks 1 - 6: the refund amount shall take the number of weeks into the season into account less the uniform cost, 3% credit card fee and the $9 NJ Youth Soccer per player registration cost.

(4) For Weeks 7 and more:  no refunds will be issued.
