Delay of Spring Season due to COVID-19

Dear Hamilton Girls Soccer Club Community,

I wanted to send you all a communication in the wake of this global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and how it is affecting our league at Hamilton Girls Soccer Club. We are all trying to understand the situation and how to go forward with respect to the spring season.

Currently NJ Youth Soccer has suspended all sanctioned activities. This includes any practices, training, games, and scrimmages.

Our spring season was supposed to start with games on April 5. As a board we have decided to push that date back and we are suspending all Hamilton Girls Soccer club activities indefinitely. Team rosters will not be released nor will game schedules be posted until we get a clearer picture of how and when the spring season will commence.

Our board continues to closely monitor the situation, take guidance from those in the healthcare industry, local government agencies, NJ Youth Soccer and those in the league that are spending significant parts of their workdays planning for COVID-19 in their workplace. We will respond as quickly as possible as the situations changes.

Thank you for your patience concerning this. Our website, www.HamiltonGirlsSoccer.com will be kept up to date with all the latest information. We are taking these precautions for all our players, our volunteer coaches, trainers, and parents during this strange and confusing time.
