We are current awaiting word from Hamilton Township and the Hamilton Board of Education as to which fields will be available to us this fall but we want to open registration now. And PLEASE consider volunteering to coach a team. We need the help to make this program work for the kids.
With the on-going health crisis concerning COVID-19 if you are not comfortable with your player returning to play... DON'T.
To complete the registration this year you will need among other things:
- (1) your player's Physician's Name and Office Phone#
- (2) Medical Insurance Company Name, Policy#, and Phone#
Please note that we will be following the guidance of NJ Youth Soccer, Hamilton Township, and the State of NJ regarding "Return to Play" guidelines for youth sports activities.
The conditions during this pandemic have continued to evolved and have changed weekly, sometimes daily. We know additional information and new guidelines will be forthcoming. They can change at any time, so we ask everyone to be flexible and we will adjust accordingly.
To make our fall season a true success, we will need all players, parents, spectators, and coaches to assist us with this effort.
We ask all members follow proper social distancing and take necessary precautions as outlined by the CDC, NJYS and State of NJ.
All non-players and players not actively on the soccer field are required to wear masks.
Game times will be tapered to allow for the least amount of people to be at the fields and allow equipment to be cleaned between games. We ask all participants to be prompt for their game times and not linger after games.
If you or your player is not feeling well, please stay home until they feel better. TEMPERATURES ON OR ABOVE 100.4 COULD BE THE SIGN OF AN INFECTION AND PLAYERS SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE THAT DAY.
We ask you to self-report to the league if there is a confirmed case within your immediate family and you believe there was direct contact with another individual/persons during Hamilton Girls Soccer Club activities. We will anonymously notify those players/members/teams affected that there was a possible exposure.
